PROBLEM: To make an online interactive calculation form, you need knowledge of Javascript or HTML code.
RESOLUTION: The calculation form below is an Excel Spreadsheet that has been converted to HTML using a spreadsheet converter. Your visitor does not need anything special, no software to view/use.
