Features of the Scrolling iFrame
Only one Contents Page per iFrame.  No linking. Only one page viewed through the window.
Text scrolls upward automatically. (pace of scrolling can be adjusted)
No scrollbar necessary for this window.
Viewable area can be on your site or off, but HTML codes must be placed on the Contents page!
Mousover scrolling: stops, stays the same or speeds up the scrolling, then resumes when mouseout
Scrolling iFrame script "works in both IE4+ and NS6+, degrading well with the rest"
