This page was built from scratch and had the same problem with white space as the home page of this subdirectory.

To resolve it, I added MANY extra lines (pressed ENTER several times while the cursor was in the left border).

This caused the image in the border to stretch longer so no more white area showed on that side on the CSB DEMONSTRATION PAGE. Without those extra spaces, the graphic is short, not going to the bottom of the page.
